Water and Wastewater.com Help Forum - Sodium caseinate plant recyle water
if I understand correctly, as a result of caseinate manufacturing a wastewater is generated high in proteins (sludge), difficult to separate.
I expect pH adjustment by lime addition would make the sludge settle.
